Arbitration is a dispute decision course of agreed between events by which the dispute is submitted to one or more arbitrators who subject an award. With regard to drafting of the dispute decision clause, reference may very well be made to the mannequin clauses of arbitration institutions. The duties of a tribunal will probably be determined by a combination of the provisions of the arbitration agreement and by the procedural legal guidelines which apply in the seat of the arbitration.
